The place is very atmospheric, warm and welcoming! Relaxing, predisposes for absolute liberation of the mind and at the same time clarity and vision! The teacher has the gift of immediacy even from a distance with his positive aura and his so relaxing and targeted voice! You listen to him and he enchants you! He entices you to your own inner being as he is completely connected with you !!

No matter how much hesitation there was in the beginning,  as my experience with Yoga was something unprecedented, so many emotions were received by someone who conects with Yoga through Dimitri’s classes. The physical and mental well-being that offers, in combination with the simultaneous spiritual clarity is something that personally pushes me to recommend it to my own people unreservedly.

The Toga Shala is bright, welcoming and warm. The teacher inspires confidence and trust. He politely guides his students and encourages them without oppressing them so that they evolve according to their level and abilities. His dedication, love for yoga and contagion make every class a new challenge. Therefore, students enjoy the benefits of yoga, physically, mentally and spiritually. At the same time, a variety of courses, Vinyasa, Hatha, Nidra, Restorative Yoga and Mindfulness are provided for beginners and advanced so that everyone has the opportunity to choose what fits them.

I have been practicing yoga with Dimitris for three years and each time the practice is special and full of spirituality. The place is warm, bright and with a nice atmosphere. After the practice I always feel refreshed and calm. I highly recommend it!
